BDJoy (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we ") provides an online Sports Betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between BDJoy and its members.

By creating an account or using BDJoy, you confirm that you have fully read and agreed to these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, and our responsible gaming guidelines. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using BDJoy.

BDJoy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website, along with the date of the update.

To open an account on BDJoy, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• KYC documents must be submitted for account verification.

KYC Verification Process

To fully activate your account and make withdrawals, you will need to complete identity verification. This requires submitting a copy of your National ID or passport along with recent proof of address. BDJoy completes KYC verification within 48 to 72 hours.

Providing false information during registration will result in permanent account closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

BDJoy currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• If a technical issue causes delays, please contact support.

Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals will be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 24 to 72 business hours.
• Express withdrawal is available for VIP members.

All bets placed on BDJoy are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, unless there is a technical error or the event is cancelled. The following betting rules apply to all members:

• Multiple bets can be placed on a single event, subject to applicable limits.
• If odds change, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds.
• In live betting, odds change in real time.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• BDJoy reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, it will be settled as a single bet.

Match-Fixing Suspicion

If there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, BDJoy reserves the right to suspend or void all bets on that match. In such cases, stakes will be refunded.

BDJoy offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

General Bonus Terms

• The required rollover must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Rollover requirements are typically 5x to 20x the bonus amount.
• A set deadline applies for completing the rollover requirement.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Accounts found to have abused bonuses will be suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BDJoy. Any involvement will result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Hacking or attacking BDJoy's systems or software.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.

BDJoy reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of fraudulent information.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before submitting your request. Any verified remaining balance will be returned after the account is closed.

BDJoy accepts no liability in the following situations:

• Bets lost due to internet connection issues.
• Issues caused by third-party software or devices.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• If a member's account credentials (password) are compromised.

BDJoy strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, brief downtime may occur during maintenance or upgrades, and advance notice will be posted on the website.

BDJoy places the highest priority on protecting its members' personal information. Any data we collect is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and compliance with legal obligations.
